Q: How much does it cost?
A: There are 3 package types $100 for a week, $200/month unlimited, $300/ 10 session punch card

Q: What is the $100 package good for?
A: This is a 1 week express package. You pick the week for unlimited training during that week only. It is great for an emergency jump start.

Q: What is the $200 package?
A: This is the BEST value. $200/mo. This is unlimited training for the month. Classes are held M-F and last 55 min. The monthly unlimited price is best for "off season", "pre-season" and anyone who will attend more than 2-3 sessions per week.

Q: How does the $300 punch card work?
A: For $300 you get 10 sessions which must be used within 60 days. This is best for the infrequent user 1-2 times a week or athletes "in season".

Q: Where does AIM meet?
A: The Loft in the Tennis Building at SAC

Q: Can I put this on my acct?
A: Yes (it will be under AIM).

Q: Do you have to be a member?
A: No. However a non-member may only use the SAC during AIM. They may not stay after and use the facilities as a member would.

Q: What if an athlete can’t make all the sessions?
A: That's ok we don't expect them to. AIM is designed to give the athlete some flexibility in their training schedule and still come in and get a great workout with every athlete’s ultimate goal (to be better) whenever they want.

Q: Can you pro-rate if you miss sessions?
A:  No. AIM is a flat fee. You are being given a generous opportunity to train up to 20 times for the price of 5 session. We cannot pro-rate. Most people have no problem getting in 5 times in the month.

Q: Can we make up any missed sessions?
A: No. There will be no make up sessions, pro-rated months or refunds (after the start of the program)

Q: Is AIM better than personal training?
A: AIM is group training with the goal of being a better athlete. No other goals will be addressed. They meet 5 days per week for $200/mo. Personal training is designed for the individual and their specific goals. SAC charges $39/ 60 min group session, and $70/ 60 min private session.

Q: What should the kids wear/bring?
A: Workout clothes. Healthy snack. Gatorade or water (we have both available at SAC).
